Our Client
Our client is a newbuild housing developer who is looking for an experienced housing Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months, where you will be working under the senior site manager overseeing the structural works of 15 plots.
Your Responsibilities as Site Manager:
- Oversee the construction of traditional build structures
- Maintain H&S and Rams on site
- Report to Senior Site Manager on site
- Coordinate labour teams
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Newbuild housing experience is essential
- Traditional build housing experience is desirable
- CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS is essential
- Live locally to the Nantwich area
- UK based experience is essential
