Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a critical section of work on the project - the Grade I listed part of a prestigious North Courtyard redevelopment. The works are due to commence promptly, and we're seeking an experienced individual to manage this detailed and sensitive element of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day site activities on a Grade I listed building
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders
3. Ensure high levels of quality assurance and attention to detail
4. Manage groundworks and light RC elements, particularly in the SPA area
5. Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations

Essential Requirements:

1. SMSTS
2. First Aid at Work
3. Asbestos Awareness
4. Manual Handling Certificate
5. Proven experience working on Grade I or Grade II listed buildings
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills
8. Local to Marlborough or surrounding area preferred
