Job Title: Site Manager New Build Housing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in March, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading housebuilder and play a key role in delivering high-quality homes on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee and manage all site operations to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Maintain strong communication with project managers, architects, and local authorities.

• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and address any site issues promptly.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control measures are met.

• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, preferably in new build housing.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification are essential.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines.

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

• Full UK driving licence.
