Job Title: Freelance Site Managers – Retail

Location: Within 2 hours travel of Manchester (Local Work Where Possible)

Rate: £280 per shift

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

Job Description:

Optio Resourcing Ltd is looking for experienced Freelance Site Managers with a background in retail construction to work on various projects across the UK. We have ongoing work with multiple clients delivering projects such as:

1. Multi-store rollouts
2. Mini refits
3. Full remodels and refurbishments

End clients include ASDA, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco, Amazon, and more.

Requirements:

To be considered, you must have:

1. Managers CSCS Card
2. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
3. First Aid (3-day certificate)
4. Asbestos Awareness Certificate
5. Fire Marshal Certificate
6. Proven retail fit-out experience – ideally working on projects for major supermarkets or high-street brands

A willingness to travel nationwide is advantageous, though we always aim to secure work as locally as possible.
