Site Manager

Anderselite are hiring a Site Manager for a PV Retrofit project. This is a four-week contract, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and previous experience managing solar or PV panel installations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the safe and efficient installation of PV panels
2. Managing site teams and subcontractors
3. Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and project deadlines
4. Coordinating materials, deliveries, and progress reporting
5. Enforcing health and safety regulations and RAMS compliance

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on PV or solar projects
2. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
3. Strong organisational and leadership skills
4. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
