Job description

We are looking for a Site Manager to work for a leading fit-out construction company specializing in delivering bespoke and luxurious commercial spaces for projects ranging from £750K to £4.5M. They are known for their commitment to quality, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

This is your opportunity to:

1. Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-end commercial fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Oversee a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
3. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring a secure site for all.
4. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
5. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project and minimizing disruptions.
6. Contribute to a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end fit-out projects, ideally with experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
5. A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering a safe and efficient work environment.
