The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Manager to join a leading construction firm specialising in high-end fit-out projects across London. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of high-end fit-out projects.
2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
3. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
5. Maintain excellent communication with project managers, clients, and design teams.
6. Monitor materials, labour, and progress to ensure efficient resource management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the high-end fit-out sector.
2. Strong knowledge of luxury interior finishes and bespoke detailing.
3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
4. Ability to oversee multiple trades and manage high-end projects under tight deadlines.
5. Knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards.
6. Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Site Management preferred.
