Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:

Our client, a well-regarded fit-out specialist operating across the office, retail, and leisure sectors, is looking to appoint a Site Manager for projects based in Liverpool. The role is available on either a permanent or freelance basis, with a negotiable salary depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of fit-out works.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
3. Oversee health and safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and reporting.
5. Maintain site records, project documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience managing office, retail, or leisure fit-out projects.
2. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines.
5. Based in or around Liverpool, with a willingness to travel if needed.
