Are you a Site Manager with experience working on residential developments? Do you want to work for a business with an excellent industry reputation?

The ideal candidate will have Site Management experience working on residential developments willing to travel to Leiston, Suffolk.

This is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous Site Manager looking to work a variety of residential developments with the opportunity to progress to Project Manager for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Overseeing project schedules coordinating labour and materials.
• Ensure Health and Safety on site is to standard.

The Person:

• Experienced in residential new build developments.
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• SMSTS and Health and Safety qualifications.
• Based within a commutable distance to Leiston, Suffolk.
