Site Manager - Roofing Projects

Location: Berkshire-based, overseeing sites across Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to lead our roofing projects across Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.

Our company specialises in a comprehensive range of roofing services, including roof repairs, full roof installations, cladding installations, liquid waterproofing, and expert inspections. With in-house installation teams and qualified project managers, we ensure seamless project execution from initial survey to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Coordinate and supervise in-house installation teams and subcontractors.
3. Conduct site inspections and surveys to determine project requirements.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
5. Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including single-ply membranes and liquid waterproofing systems.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Valid UK driving license.

1. Familiarity with roof access systems, cladding installations, and gutter maintenance.
2. Experience with electronic leak detection testing and thermal testing.
