O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a No 1 Site Manager to manage one phase of a large housing scheme they have. The Site Manager needs to have experience with both internals and externals on brick and block housing schemes.

To be considered you must have a demonstrated steady work history with experience of working for house-builders. Additionally you must have a CSCS and SMSTS card.

The successful Site Manager candidate must have:

1. Strong Experience with house building
2. Equally strong on internal and external stages
3. Good man management skills
4. A strong understanding of site safety
5. The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
