We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our busy team in Hertfordshire where you will play a pivotal role in shaping luxury residential sites and be part of an exciting journey as our company continues to grow!

Hours Of Work

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Site Manager Duties

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities onsite, acting as the primary contact for both clients and subcontractors. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure our projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will develop and implement work schedules, monitor adherence to project specifications, maintain the highest quality standards, and ensure the site remains in excellent condition, including health and safety compliance. Additionally, you'll keep site logs updated daily and utilise our construction management programme, Procore, while demonstrating excellent timekeeping and professionalism.

Site Manager Requirements
  1. Relevant construction qualifications and experience
  2. Gold card preferred
  3. In date SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid at Work certifications
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills
  5. Proficiency in construction management software
