About the role

We are expanding our team and looking to take on a Site Manager to join us, working on our Developer Services Framework in the Severn Trent Water Region. This is an exciting time to join an established team as we look to continue to build upon the success, we have had in delivering this workstream for over 10 years.

As a Site Supervisor you will play a key role in delivering great service to our customers and clients Severn Trent Water + other Private Clients, working on our Developer Services Contract predominantly - with the opportunity for works with external clients. You will be responsible for managing the daily schedules, compliance, quality, wellbeing of our Direct Labour Workforce and Supply Chain Partners.

This is a site-based role and involves weekend working and you will be included in the callout/standby rota.

What will your day look like

• Facilitate the delivery of all works and monitor operational delivery within the network to the required specification and in line with our KPI's.
• Provide technical support, managing our internal teams to meet the recognised standards of quality, compliance and productivity.
• Coaching and monitoring on site health and safety to ensure all work is being delivered safely.
• Carry out on site risk assessments and take any insight and lessons learnt to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with your team to ensure you have the appropriate resource levels to deliver your schedule of work.
• Proactively work with our customers to prevent dissatisfaction.
• Undertake frequent audits of team, works, sites, stores to ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements are met and maintained.
• Undertake investigations to aid in identifying the root cause of something taking place and propose changes to prevent it from happening in the future.
• Identify and order fittings for projects as required.

• Full Valid UK Driving Licence.
• NRSWA supervisory level.
• Confined Space Training.
• Emergency first aid.
• Cable Avoidance (CAT).
• EUSR Water Hygiene.
• Deep Excavation/Trench Support Qualification.
• Medium risk confined space entry.
• SMSTS.
• Lifting Operations.
• Line stopping Knowledge/Experience.
• Under pressure Drilling Experience/Training.
• Temporary works Supervisor.
