Job description

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our busy team in Hertfordshire where you will play a pivotal role in shaping luxury residential sites and be part of an exciting journey as our company continues to grow!

Hours of Work:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Site Manager Duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities onsite, acting as the primary contact for both clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure our projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and monitor adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure the site remains in excellent condition, including health and safety compliance.
  • Keep site logs updated daily and utilise our construction management programme, Procore.
  • Demonstrate excellent timekeeping and professionalism.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Relevant construction qualifications and experience.
  • Gold card preferred.
  • In date SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
