Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000p/a dependent on experience.

The Company: A well-established company is looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team within their Passive Fire Protection projects. This role requires on-site working 5 days a week.

The Role: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various refurbishment projects, primarily focusing on housing association work in the Greenwich, London area. The chosen candidate must have relevant experience in site management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage refurbishment projects.
2. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Manage site budgets and schedules.
5. Report on project progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in construction or project management.
