Our client, a specialist roofing and cladding contractor based near Glasgow, is actively seeking a Site Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects in collaboration with Tier 1 contractors, they specialise in roofing and cladding solutions across the Central Belt region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with roofing and cladding experience to take on a key role within a well-established and respected company.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing roofing and cladding projects from start to completion
• Coordinating with subcontractors, Tier 1 contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintaining strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Managing materials, schedules, and workforce on site
• Resolving on-site challenges and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
• Conducting site inspections and progress reports for senior management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing and cladding projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subcontractors
• Based near Glasgow and willing to cover projects across the Central Belt region
• Full UK driving licence
