Job description
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a bank refurbishment in the Evesham area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year. Strip out and fit out. There will be a lot of roof work included in this project.
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the banking project.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works Coordinator and Asbestos Awareness certifications are essential. Scaffolding Awareness certification would also be advantageous.
