Job Description

Are you an international site manager who is interested in working on ground mounted solar projects initially in the UK & Ireland and longer-term across Europe?

There are multiple project site locations you will be working on. This is a site-based role, with the initial project being based in the UK.

You would be working on international large scale solar PV ground mounted projects, acting as the Site Manager, managing the sub-contractors as the main EPC contractor.

You need to be willing to travel to do this role, to put on your hard hat, steel-toe cap boots and lead from the front on site. You are the forefront of the construction team, managing the progress of the work, making sure that the subcontractors are following the schedule and adhering to the quality and timeline requirements.

We are talking about building big PV plants. Typical project sizes are 20-100MWp, sometimes they are larger than 100MWp.

To make this manageable for you (and your family), they offer a rotation, so sometimes you are at the site and then other times you will be at home, on rest and recovery mode.

The ideal person would have the following skillset:

1. You need the right to work in the EU without a VISA
2. Have worked as a Site Manager for an EPC contractor before
3. Experience in building ground mounted solar farms of 10MWp+
4. Be willing to travel to international project sites in Europe
5. Speak fluent English
