Job description

TQR are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a shopfitting background to join one of our clients' growing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with solid experience in shopfitting and a passion for delivering outstanding fit outs on time and on budget.


As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, working mostly in a team of 4 people ensuring shop fitouts are completed under schedule, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.


What You'll Need:
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in site management
  2. Strong background in joinery/shopfitting/Carpentry
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  4. Proven track record of delivering fast-paced fit-outs
  5. SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
  6. Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage site operations and daily activities
  2. Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
  3. Monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
  4. Report to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
