Job Title: Site Manager - Supermarket Fit-Out (National Projects)
Location: UK-Wide (Shift Pattern: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Enhanced Night & Weekend Rates + Car + Benefits

Are you a Site Manager with experience in fast-track supermarket fit-out projects? We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader to join a long-established construction and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality projects for major retailers like M&S and Sainsbury's across the UK.

With a history dating back over 100 years and a reputation for exceptional workmanship, this is a company that rewards talent, loyalty, and hard work. With an excellent staff retention rate and current Site Managers earning £75,000 - £80,000 through enhanced shift rates and national work, this is a role that offers both challenge and reward.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing fast-paced, high-spec fit-out projects across live retail environments, ensuring timely delivery, impeccable finishes, and full health & safety compliance. You must be flexible to work nationwide on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off shift pattern and thrive in fast-moving retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver fast-track supermarket fit-outs across the UK.
2. Coordinate programmes, materials, joinery elements, and specialist trades to tight deadlines.
3. Maintain high-quality standards with a keen eye for finish and detail.
4. Oversee all health & safety and site compliance documentation.
5. Act as the face of the company on-site with retail clients, ensuring smooth delivery with minimal disruption to live stores.
6. Work closely with joinery and cut & carve teams to deliver bespoke finishes.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on fast-fit retail/supermarket projects (M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi etc.).
2. Joinery background with cut & carve experience is highly desirable.
3. Strong eye for quality and finish in high-traffic, customer-facing environments.
4. Happy to work on a national basis - accommodation and travel provided.
5. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold Card), and First Aid qualifications required.
6. Capable of managing night shifts, weekend works, and tight programmes.
