Site Manager - High-End Residential

An established, family-run developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take the lead on a prestigious new project, valued at £3.5M.

Specialising in high-end residential developments, this company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous project execution. As Site Manager, you will report directly to the visiting Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations while maintaining direct client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
3. Maintain strict health & safety standards in line with company policies
4. Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, meeting client expectations
5. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
6. Handle site logistics, problem-solving, and risk management

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential sector
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
3. Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations
4. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality homes
