Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee a 16-week re-roofing project at Morrisons. The ideal candidate must have roofing experience and be confident managing contractors, timelines, and health & safety compliance in a live retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
* Manage roofing contractors, deliveries, and materials.
* Enforce health & safety regulations, including working at height compliance.
* Liaise with Morrisons management and project stakeholders.
* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
* Provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing retail or supermarket roofing projects.
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety regulations.
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
