CDM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager to deliver a full fitout project in Carlisle. This role is due to start on 24th March 2024.
The Role
The project is a Fit Out on an empty retail shell.
- Internal & external lighting upgrade
- Toilet refurbishment
- Ceiling time renewal
- Internal & external decoration
- Other refurb elements the client confirms
Hours of work are 7am - 19:00pm but could alter depending on client's request.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of Health & Safety
- Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
- Dealing with labour and subcontractors
- Orders
- RAMS
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience working on live fit out projects
- Experience of working on retail projects
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position
