Site Manager

CDM Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager to deliver a full fitout project in Carlisle. This role is due to start on 24th March 2024.

The Role

The project is a Fit Out on an empty retail shell.

• Internal & external lighting upgrade
• Toilet refurbishment
• Ceiling time renewal
• Internal & external decoration
• Other refurb elements the client confirms.

Hours of work are 7am – 19:00pm but could alter depending on client’s request.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Managing all aspects of Health & Safety
• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Dealing with labour and subcontractors
• Orders
• RAMS

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on live fit out projects
• Experience of working on retail projects
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position
