Site Manager required in Camborne

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new build housing project. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the construction site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets.
  • Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Conducting site inspections and providing progress reports.
  • Ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in new build housing projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • CSCS Card (Construction Site Safety) and SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) are essential.
  • First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software is advantageous.
