Requirement for a site manager to run a drylining package in Bristol city centre. The package involves all internals and drylining. At regular stages, there will be 20+ fixers on the project. The project itself is a £15 million project, with the drylining package making up £2.2 million of this.
The individual required to run the package must have a strong knowledge of drylining and be able to work with other subcontractors and the main contract management team. You will be required to run reports and provide daily updates via computer/tablet software.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required. The role is immediate and will last for several months.
