Site Logistic Coordinator

RVT Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Logistic Coordinator with construction site experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our site installs teams at a range of engagement levels to ensure that all projects and installations are carried out safely, on time, and within budget. You will be based at our Dartford Operations hub in a busy Project Office team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone site surveys with existing customers for pre-installation of RVT's ventilation equipment.
• Prepare and review RAMS ensuring all pertinent information pertaining to methods and mitigating risk are included.
• Ensure all other site-specific documentation is valid and available.
• Liaise with customer teams, internal sales team, and site agents to resolve queries in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure project administration is completed and ready for the site and our customer to receive RVT equipment.
• Allocate appropriate engineers to workloads aligned to their discipline.
• Ensure breakdown calls from our customers are answered on time and to a high standard.
• Arrange transport and manage logistics for all pre-install projects for our customers.
  
  

• 2 years Project Office experience (E)
• Construction site experience (D)
• Monday.com or Microsoft Project or a project management system (E)
• CSCS card (D)
• Electrical and/or Mechanical related NVQ Level 2/3 (E)
• Maths & English Level 2 (E)
• Health & Safety Cert e.g. ISOH/SSSTS (E)
• Project Management Qualification - Prince2 / APM (D)
