A leading Manufacturing business has a requirement for a Site HR Manager to join at a highly exciting time for the organisation.
Based from one of the more complex facilities, the Site HR Manager will oversee the delivery of a generalist HR service to a workforce of c300 employees. Overseeing a HR Advisor, and forming part of the site Leadership Team, the Site HR Manager will be responsible for dealing with high level and complex HR, ER and IR issues including Union engagement and management, as well as ensuring the group HR strategy is delivered at a local level.
Within the business, there is a hunger that the incoming Site HR Manager provides a Business Partnering service to key stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, education and support across all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
