Here at Winner Recruitment, we are working with a leading Service Provider who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their dynamic team and help deliver world-class facilities management solutions on a single site.

Responsibilities:

  1. As a Site Manager, you will work across a single site managing a team of 4 engineers made up of Electrical and Mechanical ensuring all Planned and Reactive maintenance is in line with KPI/SLA.
  2. You will be responsible for planning the engineers’ day-to-day activities and managing compliance across the site.
  3. You will oversee small work projects up to £20k.
  4. You will be responsible for client interaction on a day-to-day basis.
  5. You must ensure the engineers are compliant with all health and safety regulations and are meeting KPI/SLAs.
  6. You will provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
  7. There may be times where you will have to jump on the tools to support the engineers.

Candidate:

  1. You must hold relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical such as City and Guilds Electrical installation & 17th Edition.
  2. You must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
  3. You must possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
