About the Role

As Site Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing the engineering team, ensuring that the site operates at peak efficiency. You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and world-class engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
2. Implement and drive a proactive maintenance strategy to reduce downtime
3. Oversee capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing regulations
5. Work closely with production to optimise site performance
6. Drive a culture of innovation and technical excellence

About You:

1. Experienced Engineering Manager within the food or FMCG sector
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development
3. Expertise in planned maintenance, reliability, and asset care
4. Excellent knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and CI principles
5. Able to manage budgets, projects, and stakeholder relationships

C.70k Basic salary + bonus
