Role: Site Engineer / Setting-out Engineer - Water outside IR35

Salary: £350 per day

Location: Worcester - J8 M5, Worcester close to WR8 0BZ

Civils: Site Engineer / Setting-out Engineer role outside IR35

Reporting to: Site Agent

Site Engineer needed for a £30 million UV Water plant near J8 M5 looking for civils water infrastructure projects. Main Contractor.

The right Site Engineer for this business will be someone who has worked on a civil engineering project before. They could have experience in working on water infrastructure in an AMP cycle or work on large and varying infrastructure projects.

As a Site Engineer you'll have:

1. Relevant HND/Degree in a Construction/Civil Engineering field
2. Experience working on civil engineering projects (AMP experience desirable)
3. First Aid at Work (desirable)
4. SMSTS (desirable)
5. Track record of working on similar projects listed above
6. A background in any civil engineering discipline

Some of the responsibilities of the Site Engineer include:

1. Setting out for project
2. Interpreting and executing from construction drawings
3. Supervising contractors and subcontractors
4. Keeping accurate site records and site diaries
5. Recording ordering of plant and materials
6. Supervising and directing subcontractors
7. Producing permits, risk assessments, method statements, work package plans, and task briefings
8. Other Site Engineer related activities
