Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and overseeing on-site construction activities
2. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with design specifications and safety standards
3. Collaborating with project managers and designers to ensure project goals are met
4. Conducting site inspections and assessments, identifying any issues or modifications required
5. Preparing reports and documentation for project progress and compliance
6. Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on-site
7. Handling S38/S278 agreements and ensuring their successful implementation
8. Providing technical support and expertise on highway projects

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in highway construction and civil engineering
2. Proven ability to manage and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects
3. Familiarity with S38/S278 agreements
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
