Are you looking for a new role as the Site Engineer?

If so, a new permanent Site Engineer position has come available to start immediately.

Location: North London

Contract: Permanent

Start: Immediate

Summary:

1. Deliver the section of work on time, understanding the project set-up, the roles played by different members of the team and details of the site and construction.
2. Be fully aware of what has to be delivered and use this information to produce a short-term programme to complete the works required in this period.
3. Allocate tasks to Assistant Engineers and liaise with Trades Supervisors and manage the task to completion.
4. Ensure the Inspection and Test Plans, and Quality Check Sheets are completed at the same time as the work to ensure that it is delivered to specification.
5. Oversee engineering requirements demanded in the delivery of the scope of work or on larger projects, of a subcontractor, to meet the construction programme working and coordinating with larger teams.
6. Ensure all workers and personnel meet all Health, Safety and Quality standards.

Requirements:

1. 3 years + experience as the Site Engineer.
2. Engineering degree qualified.
3. Strong setting-out experience.
4. CSCS card.
5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
