An opportunity for an experienced Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering Site Engineer to join a Swindon based Residential Groundworks Company. This company is seeking a Site Engineer due to the uptick in work and winning projects in 2025 ranging from £5m to £15m in size.

Duties:

1. Setting out
2. Providing technical guidance to the site team
3. Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
4. Quality Assurance
5. Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
6. Street works applications
7. Cross checking CAD information

Requirements:

1. Experience in Residential Groundworks
2. Experience as a Site Engineer
3. Ability to commute in and around the East Midlands

Remuneration:
Up to £65,000 p.a
