Site Engineer

My client is a contractor working on an earthworks project in Stockport who is currently recruiting a Site Engineer to complete an 8-month contract. You will be required to manage all aspects of engineering of an earthworks package.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
2. Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
3. Completing all setting out associated with the earthworks package.
4. Volume surveys, volume calculations, as-builts.
5. Quality assurance & control.

Site Engineer Requirements:

1. CSCS card.
2. SMSTS or SSSTS - Desirable, not essential.
3. Knowledge of Trimble and earthworks software.
4. Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
