We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a high-profile RC Frame Project in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting out and overseeing the construction of the RC frame structure.
2. Ensuring the smooth execution of the project, adhering to timelines and specifications.
3. Managing and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
4. Monitoring quality, health & safety, and environmental standards on-site.
5. Conducting site surveys and providing accurate technical support.
6. Reviewing drawings and plans, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
7. Reporting on site progress and addressing any technical issues.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience working on RC Frame construction projects.
2. Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar).
3. Strong knowledge of RC frame construction methods and techniques.
4. Familiarity with setting out and survey equipment.
5. Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and site management practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
8. Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
