An opportunity for an experienced Residential Groundworks Site Engineer to join a large Midlands based Residential Groundworks Company based in Oxfordshire. The client is looking for a Site Engineer to join their team working on projects in the East Midlands area. Immediate need for an experienced Site Engineer.

Duties:

1. Setting out
2. Photo-based dilapidation survey
3. Topography survey
4. Providing technical guidance to the site team
5. Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
6. Quality Assurance
7. Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
8. Street works applications
9. Cross checking CAD information

Requirements:

1. Experience in Residential Groundworks
2. Experience as a Site Engineer
3. Ability to commute in and around the East Midlands

Remuneration:
Up to £70,000 p.a
