Site Engineer

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for an immediate start on a long-term groundwork and RC structure project based in South Norwich.

Position Details:

1. Location: Norwich
2. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.5 hours per shift
3. Rate: up to £400 per day (depending on equipment provided)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting out and surveying for earthworks, access roads, kerbing, drainage.
2. Setting out and surveying using total station/ surveying GPS.
3. Conducting quality control checks and maintaining necessary documentation.
4. Managing and coordinating drawings.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in similar groundwork and RC structure projects.
2. Previous experience on Commercial/ Public Sector projects.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Hold CSCS Card + HND in Civil Engineering.
5. At least 3 years experience within civil engineering.
