We are seeking a Freelance Site Engineer for a 4-week contract on behalf of our clients, a national highways contractor, to work on a Highways Improvement Scheme in Manchester on nights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting out and surveying using GPS/total stations.
2. Overseeing site activities and ensuring safety.
3. Quality assurance and compliance with project specs.
4. Liaising with site managers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

1. Experience in highways or infrastructure projects.
2. Proficiency in setting out and surveying.
3. Valid CSCS card (essential).
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
