Site Engineer

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Site Engineer to work for one of our Regional Contractors on a Steel Framed Project in the Cheshire area.

Ideal Site Engineer Candidate:

1. Experience managing on Steel Framed projects would be beneficial
2. Strong understanding of engineering principles beneficial.
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and site layouts.
4. CSCS Card
5. Previous experience as a Site / Setting out engineer will be advantageous.

Site Engineer Duties:

1. Monitor site performances against the programme.
2. Ensure that subcontractors complete their tasks according to the quality standards and deadlines.
3. Identify defects or deviations from plans and initiate corrective actions.
4. Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
