Are you a skilled Site Engineer with a flair for design and problem-solving? Do you have a passion for bringing technical solutions to life in a dynamic, real-world environment? We are looking for a Site Engineer with design experience to join a project in Worthing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, helping to solve complex engineering issues.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement engineering solutions that align with project specifications.
• Ensure site activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress.
• Review and provide input into engineering designs, offering improvements or adjustments based on site requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
• Monitor and manage site resources, materials, and equipment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with some background in design.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Desirable:

• Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects.
• Membership with a professional engineering body (e.g., ICE, IStructE).
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling).
