Site Engineer - What you will be doing:

1. Build strong relationships with customers and their advisors.
2. Implement sustainability, health and safety, quality, and environmental practices.
3. Apply and uphold the Business Management System.
4. Proactively solve problems and support continuous improvement.
5. Mentor junior staff, conducting annual appraisals.
6. Ensure project compliance with contract specifications and drawings, maintaining accurate records.

Site Engineer - Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Manage and supervise site operations.
3. Liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
4. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
5. Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
