Site Engineer

Duration: 6 months
Rate: £300 - £330/day CIS

Carrington West is recruiting a Site Engineer for an established groundworks contractor to work on a bridge structure as part of HS2. The nature of the works includes the installation of a precast parapet and external works, so experience in this is essential.

As Site Engineer, you must be able to check plans, drawings, and setting out co-ordination, as well as support the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the site, which includes setting out, surveying, and reporting progress.

Requirements of the Site Engineer:

• Proven working experience on projects involving RC structures and groundworks.
• NVQ or HND/C in Construction of Civil Engineering.
• CSCS Black or White Card.
