An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Site Cleaning Supervisor working at a office site in Milton Keynes, MK9 area.
The Cleaning Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining health and safety protocols, and managing supplies and equipment at the cleaning site.
The role involves coordinating daily cleaning activities, providing hands-on support, and acting as the point of contact between the cleaning staff and management.
Hours: On average 10 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 17:00pm - 19:00pm.
Pay rate: £14.94 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:
- Supervising a team of 4 cleaning operatives.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Schedule and assign daily cleaning tasks to staff based on the site’s requirements.
- Monitor cleaning performance and conduct quality checks to ensure tasks are completed to specification.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Place orders for new supplies as necessary and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Assist with cleaning tasks during peak periods or staff shortages.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the site meets company and client standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client or site manager regarding cleaning issues.
- Address and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on cleaning performance and staff issues.
