Freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) - Site Agent / Civils Site Manager Nottinghamshire NG22 8TR - for the PC.
Site Agent - working for the Principal contractor with a very well-known and trusted subcontractor reporting in.
Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main Contractor.

This is one week's holiday cover - for the 10th March - the site is in great form and just needs a babysitter with the SMSTS and First Aid.

Scope of Works

The package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and knows what they are doing, so you will mostly be keeping an eye on the programme, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance. The package includes RC pad foundation, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and external works. There is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons, so First Aid and SMSTS are required for the Sub Station for the Solar farm.
