The Site Agent role is crucial in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day to day site operations and manage project timelines to ensure efficient workflow.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
4. Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in construction management or engineering) are advantageous.
5. Full UK Driving License and Right to work in the UK.
