Contract Type: Full Time - Contract Inside IR35 PAYE.
Day Rate: Dependant on experience
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sub Agent to join their project team for the remediation projects for Thames Water. This role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of works, managing teams on-site, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have significant civil engineering experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and team performance
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project progress and contribute to risk management
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering, ideally within the rail or water sectors
- Proven site management experience with a focus on health and safety compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, programme management, and temporary works
- BEng / BSc / HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- CSCS card (essential)
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
- PTS (desirable but not essential)
