Site Agent – Rail Structures | Multiple Projects | Avonmouth

Up to £60,000

A leading civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Site Agent to manage multiple small-scale rail infrastructure projects across Avonmouth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with expertise in rail structures, including retaining walls, bridges, and other civil assets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering multiple projects simultaneously, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role:

• Oversee multiple rail structure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and health & safety regulations

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive progress

• Take responsibility for project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Site Agent in rail infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of rail structures, including bridges, retaining walls, and culverts

• Ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership

• Qualifications such as SMSTS, PTS, or equivalent (preferred)
