Up to £60,000
A leading civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Site Agent to manage multiple small-scale rail infrastructure projects across Avonmouth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with expertise in rail structures, including retaining walls, bridges, and other civil assets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering multiple projects simultaneously, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Oversee multiple rail structure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards and health & safety regulations
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive progress
Take responsibility for project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Experience as a Site Agent in rail infrastructure
Strong knowledge of rail structures, including bridges, retaining walls, and culverts
Ability to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership
Qualifications such as SMSTS, PTS, or equivalent (preferred)
Salary up to £60,000 per year
