Job description

We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Operational team based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Operational Construction, supporting them in day-to-day site administration duties.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Support process of having visitors on site from colleagues to clients.
  • Keep cabin notice boards updated with key communications.
  • Ensure photocopiers are filled with paper and change toner cartridges (including maintenance and ordering the consumables).
  • Order stationery and consumables for site cabins as well as PPE.
  • General administrative support for onsite workers such as printing, photocopying, archiving.
