Position SummaryAre you a highly organized and communicative individual looking for an engaging job opportunity? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Site Administration and Communications Officer to join our dynamic team based at the Nestlé Beverage factory in Tutbury, Derbyshire.
The Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after circa £500 million investment over the last few years. The factory is a Centre of excellence for Nescafé products around the world producing freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee technologies and is at the forefront of coffee innovation globally. The factory is moving forward with continuous improvement principles and actively developing Lean/TPM processes so it’s an exciting time to be involved.

A day in the life of a Site Administration and Communications OfficerAs a Site Administration and Communications Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administration services to our factory leadership team. Your exceptional organizational skills will be put to use as you assist in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the site.
You will also have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills. You will be the friendly face that welcomes and assists visitors to the site, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
We believe in giving back to the community, and as a Site Administration and Communications Officer, you will have the chance to promote our factory's involvement in community affairs.
Your passion for making a difference will shine as you organize and coordinate various community and charitable initiatives, fostering a strong relationship between our factory and the local community.
Further duties include:- Manage Conference and Meeting Rooms including ordering refreshments and ensuring correct costs allocation.
- Manage site stationary to targets set.
- Recognition - supply and track instant recognition vouchers and support the recognition committee.
- Wellness Champion - support health initiatives on site (mental health week etc) and organise site health checks.
- Administration support for Factory Manager will play a large part in this role.
What Will Make You SuccessfulIdeally, you will join us from a background in an administration role. An exposure to supporting communication initiatives on site will also be a plus.
To excel in this role, you will need to be a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
